Keith Votens, OD, is a primary care optometrist in Show Low, AZ at Nationwide Vision. Dr. Votens obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 1993 from York College of Pennsylvania and obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1997 from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. After moving to Tucson, Arizona in 2001, he had an amazing opportunity to join Nationwide Vision and opened a new location in Prescott Valley in 2014.
